Reviewing strategic plans on paper
01 · Strategy

Strategic Planning

We help leadership teams step out of the day-to-day long enough to build a clear plan for the next 12–36 months. Together we map the market, revisit the value proposition, and prioritize the two or three moves that will actually change the trajectory.

  • Annual and rolling 3-year strategic plans
  • Executive alignment and offsite facilitation
  • Market entry & expansion evaluation
  • Scenario planning & pricing strategy

  • 13-week cash flow forecasting & monitoring
  • Annual budgeting and monthly variance reviews
  • Bank & SBA lender preparation packages
  • KPI dashboards and management reporting

Frequently Asked

Answers before you ask.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a complimentary 30-minute conversation. If both sides feel there's a fit, we send a short written proposal with scope, fees and timeline — no lengthy master agreements to negotiate.

What size of business do you typically serve?

Most of our clients are privately held companies between $2M and $75M in annual revenue, though we make exceptions for founders and family businesses we believe in.

Do you work on a retainer or project basis?

Both. Discrete projects (a strategic plan, a lender package, a succession roadmap) are billed as fixed-fee engagements. Ongoing advisory relationships run on a monthly retainer.

Are you a CPA or law firm?

No. We are an independent business advisory practice. When tax, audit or legal expertise is needed, we coordinate with your existing professionals — or introduce you to trusted local partners.

Do you serve clients outside New Jersey?

Yes. Most in-person work happens across the tri-state area, but we advise clients as far as the Midwest through a mix of on-site visits and structured remote sessions.

How do you protect confidentiality?

Every engagement is covered by a mutual non-disclosure agreement, and we deliberately limit the number of clients we take on within any single industry.

Not sure which service fits?

Start with a conversation. Tell us where the business is today and what's keeping you up at night — we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
