Founded in Paramus. Built on referrals.
Peter T. Lisa started the practice in 2009 after fifteen years leading operations and finance inside privately held companies. The idea was to build the kind of advisory service he'd wished for as an operator — one that would sit on the same side of the table, understand the trade-offs, and follow through.
What began as a solo practice serving a handful of Bergen County businesses has grown, slowly and by referral, into a small team advising clients across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.
We still take on a limited number of engagements each year. That constraint is deliberate: it's how we protect the quality of attention every client receives.
